The “Spirit of 44 Strong” prevailed at the 2nd Annual Parker Archie Moore Memorial Golf Tournament played June 20 in support of the Parker Moore Scholarship program.
A full field of 144 golfers and the 200 attending the award dinner following paid tribute to a young man whose life transcended social barriers because of his genuine love and concern for others. In tribute, Woodinville Falcon football coach Wayne Maxwell honored and challenged senior Ben Metzger with Parker’s jersey 44 to wear for the 2016 season.
