The Northshore School District has joined MainStreet Property Group to bring together academia, business, and community. MainStreet is a vertically integrated developer that handles projects from development through construction (GenCap Construction Corp.) and property management (Insite Property Solutions).

Criteria
- Available to graduates of Woodinville, North Creek, Bothell and Inglemoor high schools and Secondary Academic for Success (SAS).
- Financial need is a consideration.
- Intends to attend a four-year program to secure a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, accounting, finance, or similar field.
- Will attend a public or private four-year school .
- Participated in high school in either the DECA or Future Business Leader programs or the equivalent.
- Has demonstrated a strong commitment for service to others.
- Has maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater (or the equivalent).
- Letters of recommendation are accepted but not required.
Requirements
- Finalists are interviewed by a committee selected by Mainstreet Property Group.
