The Northshore community’s Rotary and Kiwanis clubs will stage the 32nd annual breakfast May 19 to honor the 2016 recipients of Foundation scholarships.
Recipients, families and sponsors will again be recognized and introduced as part of the traditional event held at 7 a.m., Thursday, May 19 at the Senior Center in Bothell.
The breakfast gives scholarship sponsors the opportunity to sit with and get acquainted with their recipients and hear more about their school and potential career paths.
School superintendent Larry Francois will address the graduates. After eight years at the helm of the Northshore School District, Francois will be leaving in July to become superintendent of the five-county Northwest Educational Service District 189.
