Varsity football player on any of Northshore's high school teams who is planning to participate in sports at the college level. Coaches, faculty, friends and fans are encouraged to urge qualified candidates to apply.
Criteria
- Nominations and applications accepted. Candidates to have evidence of ability to succeed at the next level of education and to compete at the college level in a sport of their choosing.,
- This scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from any Northshore School who participated in the football program while in High School.,
- Qualified candidates will also intend to participate in sports (not necessarily football) while attending college.
Requirements
- Selection by members of the Haynes and Keeney families and the Scholarship Committee of the Foundation.

Harold (Pop) Keeney was an early day football coach and athletic director at Bothell High School. The Northshore School District stadium is named for Pop Keeney., The Keeney Account was established by the Haynes and Keeney families of Bothell.
