The Rodgers Family Scholarship will recognize academic achievement providing aid to students interested in Business, Pre-Law or Music. This scholarship is renewable when transcript is presented to exhibit progress to secure a degree.
Criteria
- Applicant must have a 3.8 or higher GPA.
- Service to school, community and extracurricular activities will be considered.
- Exceptional achievements like Eagle Scout or the equivalent will be taken into consideration.
- Applicant must be a graduating senior at any one of the six secondary schools within the Northshore School District.
- Applicant must intend to be studying Pre-Law, Business or Music.
- Applicant may attend an accredited private or public four-year institution.
Requirements
- SPECIAL ESSAY QUESTION: "Excluding the 1st and 2nd Amendments to the US Constitution, which of the Bill of Rights do you feel is most important? Why?".
- Determined by members or representatives of the Rodgers Family with personal interviews of the candidates.
