Once a candidate has zeroed in on a scholarship of interest and feels that he or she has met eligibility requirements, the candidate will click on the “Apply” button and be taken directly to the onLine application form. Applicants will register as a candidate by using his or her email address and will be able to access the application from the date of registering until the automatic deadline of Feb. 1, 2018.
